Might have pulled the recall trigger a little to quick..
We recently had a problem where we expected a new order of Instrument Cluster screens to be all defective after 8 of them had already shipped to customers. The first 2 customers that recieved them had problems, so we immediately recalled, refunded and apologized 100 times to the customers. Well as it turns out, only 4 screens out of 20 were actually bad, and they were minor, like the spots here. Hopefully our honesty and quick action didn’t make us lose customers.
