As you know we at ReelDealEV have exhausted all-new Gen 2 Instrument Cluster screens, but the demand has been so high, we hesitantly decided to try the used market. The used screens sold really well, but as soon as 2 customers received this new batch, they were internally broken! At first, we thought it was a fluke because these screens came tested Grade A. We immediately sent out emails to everyone who purchased the screens to explain the potential problems. When we went to the supplier they immediately offered to refund, when pressed for information about the issue, they admitted that they were defective! Now our reputation is tarnished because a supplier lied to us. We have sent out replacements, return labels, and many many apologies. Now we have had to remove our number 1 selling item from our site, with a demand that we cannot fill. Frustrating!
