• Software updates and modifications to vehicle by customer or vehicle manufacturer altering the 12V battery system and compatibility with our battery voids warranty

• Warranty replacement shipping fees (customs duties and taxes not included) are not covered under this warranty.

• This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract unless specifically stated above.

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, please contact us via support ticket or send an email to: support@ohmmu.com

Please be sure to include your order number, a description of the problem, approximate purchase date, purchaser name and address, and any relevant photos related to the problem.

• Upon request, original battery must be returned using the return label included and box + packaging of the replacement battery.

• If a return of the original battery is requested and not received within 14 days of receipt of the replacement unit, a charge for the replacement unit will be billed to your payment method on file.

• Adapters and accessories are not included with replacement units and should be saved.
